Arpana carries nearly two decades of experience as a Trainer, Psychologist, HR, and Business Consultant. She has completed M Sc, MBA, MA and PDCR. During her educational path she secured GOLD MEDAL in M. Sc. At the beginning of her career, she worked as a Lecturer in various reputed Colleges, fighting against the challenges given by the life she restarted her career in the field of HR and Counselling.

After obtaining immense experience in the educational industry and MNCs, Arpana continued her journey through establishing Aryan Group step by step. She has supported lakhs of individuals and several corporates with  Soft Skill Training, Counselling and Business Consultation. 

During COVID 19 as a volunteer she supported many individuals and companies to overcome their anxiety associated with variation in work life balance and economic conditions. Arpana stood as a career and business consultant thereby reinforcing the life of many people with betterment in their work. She introduced various micro and small-scale industries to digitalization to support their economical growth and market presence. She has also established a strong HR, Sales, Marketing, Operation and Finance team in most of the companies as a consultant.

Through conducting Women Empowerment Programs Arpana is supporting several women to build their successful career and to go with a strategic work-life balance.
